1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement") govern the relationship between ezspin5 (hereinafter "the Company," "ezspin5," "we," "us," "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player," "User," "you") who accesses or uses the ezspin5 online gaming platform accessible at ezspin5.co and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs (collectively, "the Platform").

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

3 Account Registration and Management

Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances. This restriction applies to individuals sharing a household, IP address, or payment method — ezspin5 reserves the right to link and investigate accounts on this basis.

3.2 Accurate Information Obligation

Players must provide accurate, truthful, and current information at registration and throughout the lifecycle of their ezspin5 account. Any material misrepresentation — including false name, date of birth, address, or national identity number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, KYC rejection, and forfeiture of funds.

ezspin5 reserves the right to suspend, close, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraud or money laundering; (c) collusion or bonus abuse; (d) use by a minor or ineligible person; or (e) any activity that poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ezspin5.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ezspin5 accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), and direct bank transfer to major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Payment methods available to any individual Player may vary subject to KYC status and account verification level.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at ezspin5 is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. ezspin5 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ezspin5 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ezspin5 does not accept or process deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player on their end (e.g., through a foreign-issued card) are solely the Player's responsibility.

4.4 Deposit Verification

ezspin5 reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any deposit. Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds where possible.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are only available to Players who have: (a) completed ezspin5 KYC verification; (b) made at least one successful deposit from a verified payment method; and (c) met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on their account balance. Players whose KYC is incomplete may be restricted to their deposited principal amount for withdrawal until verification is complete.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at ezspin5 is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Times

5.5 Withholding of Withdrawals

ezspin5 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending: (a) completion of KYC; (b) investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse; (c) outstanding wagering requirement on active bonuses; or (d) any regulatory compliance review.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ezspin5 are subject to these general terms and any specific promotion-level terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict, promotion-level terms prevail over these general terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses awarded by ezspin5 carry a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the bonus amount before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. 6.5 Expiry

All bonuses at ezspin5 carry an expiry period, which will be specified in the promotion terms. Standard expiry is 14 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

7 Casino Gameplay and Fair Play

All casino games available on the ezspin5 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) engines have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. ezspin5 does not operate its own RNG; game outcomes are determined entirely by the respective game provider's certified software.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

8.2 Palpable Errors

8.4 Results and Settlement

For Malaysian football (Malaysia Super League, FA Cup, Malaysia Cup), results are sourced from the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). 9 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of ezspin5.

Individual game assets (graphics, audio, mathematics) remain the intellectual property of their respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Asia Gaming, etc.) and are governed by those providers' own licensing agreements with ezspin5.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezspin5, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings; interruption of access to the Platform; data loss; or any harm arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

ezspin5 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ezspin5's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Malaysian law.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

ezspin5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the ezspin5 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ezspin5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the ezspin5 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact ezspin5 support to close your account.

The current version number and effective date of these Terms are displayed in the header of this document. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulatory principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which ezspin5 holds its gaming licence. ezspin5 operates under international gaming authority licensing.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ezspin5, the Player should first contact the ezspin5 customer support team to seek resolution. ezspin5 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved by the parties directly, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided under ezspin5's licensing authority. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
